Refund & Returns Policy

Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, perfumes, personal care products, soap, hair-care products, incense, candles once burnt, earrings and any clearance items marked final sale.
How to request a return
Email hello@shopluxeandfrugal.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm the return and share the next steps within one working day.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or shipped incorrectly.
