Delivery areas
We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Selected GCC destinations are available at checkout.
Delivery times
Standard UAE delivery takes 2–4 working days. GCC delivery takes 5–8 working days. Orders placed after 3pm GST are processed the following working day.
Delivery charges
A flat rate of AED 25 applies to UAE orders. Orders above AED 250 ship free within the UAE.
Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, followed by a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Undeliverable orders
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-attempt. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs & duties
For GCC orders, any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
